The Way We Operate

Splash Telemarketing categorises our call services in the following way:

Nipping

A gentle, low key style of tele-talking, our pleasant spoken "Nippers" are most commonly used to gather information, update data-bases, request permission to forward email, confirm RSVP's and conduct the initial qualification calls for future Tele-Sales. 

$65 per hour (Includes Telephony costs Av $8 per hour) (negotiable for hours)  

Optional Pay By Call Charge   not available.

Surveys

We utilise mature, well spoken and life experienced telemarketers to conduct telephone surveys.

Tele-Selling 

Splash employs life experienced, well spoken (impromptu) individuals to support us with tele-sales. The hard sell does not work in tele-sales, however persistent, respectful and carefully thought out communications pay large dividends.

Business to Business   $70 per hour (Includes Telephony costs Av $8 per hour) (negotiable for hours)

Optional Pay By Call Charge includes telephone costs

Domestic to Home          $70 per hour (Includes Telephony costs Av $8 per hour) (negotiable for hours)

Telemarketing List Management

Lists can be provided by client, or sourced by Splash (for a fee). 

Domestic Lists are required to be washed by the Do Not Call Register Listing every 30 days.    There is a fine of $200,000 for calling persons on the Do Not Call Register to the product or service owner.

Data Base Set Up and Reporting Charges

Initial Set Up Approx 3 hours  $200  (Includes spread sheet tweaking for upload, creation of fields, scripting, campaign results and importing of up to 5000 names)

Upload Per Database (excel spreadsheet) or up to 5000 names    $60 per hour (Minimum 30 minutes)

Daily Leads Reports  $60 per hour (Minimum 30 minutes)

You will receive a Daily Lead Generation and Sales Results Report and a Daily Detailed Call Report which includes a summary of timed results, conversations and comments of that day.

Weekly Reports  $60 per hour (Minimum 30 minutes)

You will receive a Weekly Lead Generation and Sales Results Report and a Weekly Detailed Call Report which includes a summary of timed results, conversations and comments of that day.

Other Services By Quote

Emails  Push Button Service - ideally from one of your email addresses - usually a set fee only

Letter Forwarding  Push Button Service -  Usually a set up fee for letter then cost of paper, printing, envelope and stamp + 20% handling)

Documentation   Every call is documented and timed providing clients with an accurate understanding of how well this medium works for their marketing efforts.
